KCC is an information directory that provides contact information for social services in Kingston, Ontario. KCC does NOT provide: - Emergency services (for emergencies, call 911) - Medical advice or healthcare services - Legal advice or representation - Financial advice or services - Counseling or mental health treatment KCC is a directory only. We do not operate, control, or endorse any services listed on this platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: - Service information is accurate, current, or complete - Services listed are available, safe, or appropriate for your needs - The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

KCC lists third-party services over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or safety of listed services. Inclusion in this directory does not constitute endorsement.

The AI assistant is for informational purposes only. - **No Professional Relationship**: The AI is not a doctor, lawyer, or social worker. - **Crisis Waiver**: This tool is unmonitored. Call 9-8-8 in a crisis. - **Volatility**: Availability is an estimate, not a guarantee. - **Device Security**: You are responsible for clearing your history on public devices. - **Liability**: KCC is not responsible for third-party data accuracy. Users agree to waive any claims related to reliance on AI-generated outputs.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
